These terms apply when you contact KS Consulting LLC ("KS Consulting"), receive calls or texts from us, or use Momentus, the invite-only workspace our licensed agents use at momentus.tech.
KS Consulting helps people find and apply for insurance through licensed agents. Coverage is issued by insurance carriers, subject to their underwriting. Nothing on this site is a promise of coverage, price or approval.
Our text program is described in our SMS Terms, which are part of these terms. In short: texts are optional, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
We call only people who asked us to or who are existing clients, during allowed hours in your time zone, and we honor Do Not Call requests. Calls may be recorded, and we tell you when they are.
Momentus is invite-only. Accounts are for authorized agents and staff, who must keep their sign-in private, use two-factor sign-in when required, and use client data only to serve those clients.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, KS Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Arizona law governs these terms.
