This policy explains how KS Consulting LLC ("KS Consulting," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you contact us, request help with insurance, receive text messages or calls from us, or use Momentus, the agent workspace we operate at momentus.tech.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, state and ZIP code.
• What you tell us about your insurance needs, and, if you choose to apply for coverage, the details an insurance application requires.
• Your text message and call preferences, including the date, time, page and IP address of any consent you give.
• Records of our calls and messages with you. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance, and we tell you when they are.
• Basic technical data from our website, such as browser type and IP address, used for security.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and remind you of appointments, help you compare and apply for insurance, service policies you have with us, keep records the law requires, and protect our systems. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. Opting in to texts is optional and is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the categories of sharing below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your mobile number with the service providers that deliver our text messages (for example, our messaging platform and the phone carriers), only so they can deliver the messages you asked for.

When we share information

• Insurance carriers you choose to apply with, so they can quote, underwrite and issue your policy.
• Service providers that run our systems under contracts that limit their use of your data: secure database and hosting, calling and texting, call transcription, calendar and email delivery, and AI tools that help our agents with notes and drafts. Health details are processed only by providers bound by a business associate agreement or equivalent protections.
• When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or a state insurance department request, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How we protect it

Access is invite-only and limited by role. Each agent sees only their own clients. Sensitive fields such as Social Security and bank numbers are encrypted, masked by default, and every view is logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

We keep records as long as needed to serve you and as insurance and telemarketing laws require. Consent records and opt-outs are kept so we can honor your choices.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, stop texts (reply STOP), stop calls, or unsubscribe from email at any time by contacting us. Some records must be kept by law.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 for texts or applications.
