When a voicemail answers

Handle it for me: drops your voicemail at the beep (or frees the line if you have none) and sends the No Answer text. It only acts when the carrier's detector and Momentus's learned detector agree, or the beep is heard. Real people and call screeners always come to you.

Recording notice in all-party-consent states

CA, CT, DE, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, MT, NV, NH, OR, PA, WA. Recording starts only after the notice, and the notice is logged on the call.

Agency fallback recording (public URL)

Used for agents who haven't uploaded their own

Connect click-to-call through MomentusNeeded for warm transfers on one-off calls (the power dialer and inbound calls always support them). Momentus dials the lead and connects you when they answer, so you won't hear ringing in the browser.

Transfer destinations

Specialists and lines agents can transfer to. Warm transfers let the agent introduce the caller first.

Local presence numbers

Demo mode uses a simulated (602) number. Connect Supabase + Telnyx, buy local numbers in Telnyx, then sync them here. Momentus picks a caller ID with the lead's area code, then state, then least-recently used, and auto-flags numbers carriers reject.
